High Performance replacement brake rotors

Our TurboImport.com performance brake rotors offer the ultimate
in braking performance without breaking the bank.
This is the best upgrade for you guys that don't want to spend thousands
of dollars on a BIG brake kit. These slotted/dimpled brake rotors
are a DIRECT REPLACEMENT for the wimpy stock rotors and work with
stock calipers. There is no need to modify your factory braking
system to install these rotors. Install is a snap and everything
is Plug and Play!
These rotors are designed to enhance your OEM braking system. The
dimples and slots help keep the brakes cool and keep your car from
experiencing what is known as brake fade.
The dimpled/slotted design is very durable and will not crack like
weaker cross-drilled rotors. The slots have nice smooth edges that
will help avoid premature pad wear that other slotted rotors may
cause. We have found this kit to provide the best of both worlds
while looking very cool at the same time. If you need fully drilled
rotors, just let us know and we can have them custom made for your
application. All rotors are also Zinc coated to protect your rotors
from ugly rust.
When used with a good set of brake pads, you will notice that your
brakes will bite harder allowing you to come to a stop more quickly.
We also recommend new stainless steel brake lines. Your original
brake lines are 10+ years old now and will tend to expand under
load. Brand new stainless steel brake line will get rid of that
mushy feel when you press on your brake pedal caused by older rubber
lines. After installing the stainless steel lines, you can expect
nice firm pedal pressure.
*please note that All Wheel Drive models manufactured after June
1992 have a larger braking system for the front brakes. Please check
below for your application.

is designed to make sure small particles dont get into your
engine. However, the design of most factory intakes also chokes
the amount of air flow to the engine.
The HKS intake kit eliminates that restriction and provides
plenty of airflow resulting in added power and even fuel effieciency.
This unit is a direct bolt on. Expect gains up to 12 horsepower
over the factory intake! |

to replace the restrictive factory intake box and paper air filters.

HKS camshafts
HKS high performance camshafts are CAD computer designed to optimize
torque and horsepower over the widest possible powerband. Each camshaft
application is offered in multiple profiles, each with their own
specific duration and lift characteristics to suit various levels
of tuning. “Lower” profiles offer substantial gains in
power levels and a broad useable powerband throughout the RPM range
with little compromised in driveability. “Larger” profiles
offer greater increases in power levels, but are tailored for higher
RPM range use and race oriented driving characteristics. Increased
performance from the HKS camshafts are achieved by widening the
degree of opening of the valve, which increases power in the higher
RPM range, and by increasing lift, which raises overall torque output.
All HKS camshafts are made from new billets of high nickel content
iron alloy, not reground stock units, therefore equaling or exceeding
the OE units they are designed to replace in terms of quality and
workmanship. The camshafts are direct replacements and are designed
to be compatible with the factory followers and valve springs. HKS
also offers high performance valve spring sets for limited applications
that can benefit from stiffer springs when using “Larger”
profile HKS camshafts.

If you are like many DSM owners still driving around on
10+ year old original stock turbo, it is really time to replace
that old unit to get your car back to its original power potential.
Rather than replace it with another stock turbo, we recommend
upgrading to a high performance stock replacement turbo. These
turbos are a direct bolt on and capable of flowing tremendous
amounts of additional air for added power. |

TD05H BIG 16G -
The TD05H Big 16G is rated at 375hp, with a flow rating of 550cfm.
The Big 16G comes internally gated, and is equipped with the soon
to be obsolete EARLY THICK WALL 7cm2 turbine housing. The early
thick wall housings are the only ones that are upgradeable to
larger TD06 and 6H turbine wheels. Machining the later thinner
EVO3 turbine housing for larger wheels results in very thin walls
in the turbine outlet area and early disintegration of the casting
and cracks.
EVO III 16G:
This is a must have if you are upgrading your DSM Turbo. This
is one of the rarest turbos on the planet and can push out 400+
HP easily. The turbine outlet on this turbo is 2.5" on the
EVO III and only 2.0" on our Big 16G DSM Turbo. This is a
true MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) turbo. The internal wastegate
also has a slightly stiffer spring then our other 16G turbos.

GT High Flow Exhaust Manifold upgrade

The GT Manifold is a great way to improve your exhaust flow
and increase turbo spool. This manifold is made with super
strong nickel composite that ensures a long life span as compared
with the stock OEM manifold. |
The outside of this manifold is similar to stock, on the inside
is where this bad boy shines. The inside is hogged out and flows
better then ported 2g and EVO III Manifolds. The GT manifold is
already pre-tapped for an EGT gauge. The GT Manifold also includes
a brand new 7cm gasket, and manifold to head gasket. Please note
this part will NOT fit automatic DSM's.
