Finally, an affordable solution for those wanting to ditch the stock intake manifold. This design eliminates the restrictions of the TRAC butterfly as well as the small throttle body. Supras with over 600 RWHP will see notable gains at high boost.

This unit bolts directly to the stock lower intake manifold and includes all required hardware for easy install.

NOTE: you must purchase a Nissan Q45 90mm throttle body seperately. It bolts directly to this manifold but is not included in this kit. Upgrading to a larger throttle body will improve throttle response. Standard manifold does not come polished. Optional shiny polished version available for additional $150 fee.

The simple beam design completely eliminates thin and non-uniform cross sections over the total length of the beam. This feature greatly improves resistance to crack-induced metal fatigue.

In addition, the non-tapered profile of the beam helps to spread potentially harmful stress over a larger area, dispersing instead of concentrating these destructive loads. The design also efficiently places needed material in critical transitional areas, giving maximum support exactly where it is needed (such as directly under the wrist pin). HKS high performance camshafts are CAD computer designed to optimize torque and horsepower over the widest possible powerband. Each camshaft application is offered in multiple profiles, each with their own specific duration and lift characteristics to suit various levels of tuning. “Lower” profiles offer substantial gains in power levels and a broad useable powerband throughout the RPM range with little compromised in driveability. “Larger” profiles offer greater increases in power levels, but are tailored for higher RPM range use and race oriented driving characteristics. Increased performance from the HKS camshafts are achieved by widening the degree of opening of the valve, which increases power in the higher RPM range, and by increasing lift, which raises overall torque output. All HKS camshafts are made from new billets of high nickel content iron alloy, not reground stock units, therefore equaling or exceeding the OE units they are designed to replace in terms of quality and workmanship. The camshafts are direct replacements and are designed to be compatible with the factory followers and valve springs. The stock pulley seperates at the rubber and can cause great damage to surrounding accessories and the body of the vehicle when it comes apart. Meziere electric water pump


The Toyota Supra model is one of Meziere's new Bolt-On electric water pumps. The idler pulley allows the use of the factory or aftermarket accessories. Installation is nearly identical to that of the factory water pump and advanced technical knowledge is necessary. The mechanically driven fan is eliminated and requires an electric fan be installed.

 


An incredible 2400 hour lifespan makes these absolutely suitable for street cars as well, which was the original design intent.

Just to give you a general idea of how long this will last....according to the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey, at a nationwide average drive-time of about 24.3 minutes, Americans now spend more than 100 hours a year commuting to work. Even if you add an additional 60 minutes of driving to each day on top of the 24.3 minutes and drive for 365 days a year that would still mean you would only drive 517 hours total for the year. With that information you can conclude the electric water pump will last 4.6 years. Not to bad considering this unit can provide an addition 10 rear wheel hp!

This short block upgrade is able to withstand up to 900 rwhp on a regular basis. We all know that many supra owners have dynoed 900+ rwhp on the factory shortblock, but it is a different story when you hit the street.

Actual load on the street creates more stress on the engine pushing it to the extreme limits of the factory components. For added insurance, we recommend atleast a basic build up which upgrades the pistons, rods, bearings, and studs.

2JZGTE Timing Belt Tensioner bracket upgrade




The stock cast aluminum timing belt tensioner brackets break from fatigue on older supra engines. To avoid costly engine damage from a timing belt failure, we recommend upgrading to a billet unit for added piece of mind. Most supra engines are getting very old now and this is one of those pieces you dont want to overlook when doing preventitive maintenance.

Also, this billet timing belt tensioner is a must have upgrade for any aftermarket motor or high horsepower supra. This will ensure you dont skip a timing tooth when revving to the moon! This tensioner directly replaces the stock unit and will not break!

These NGK spark plugs are an absolute must if you plan on raising boost pressure over factory levels on your Supra. They are one step colder than the factory spark plugs and will help prevent detonation and misfire.
We recommend the NGK 6097 plug over the common 3330 versions. The 6097 plugs are nearly the same specs as stock Toyota spark plugs, but one heat range colder. These are the same spark plugs used in our 1000 horsepower Supra race car! These copper plugs work great with both mild to wild upgrades with the proper tune. For more aggresive tunes we recommend the Iridium plugs below for longer life.

The Denso Iridium spark plugs are some of the finest spark plugs available today. They are the result of continual research, development, and evolution in the field of spark plug technology. They not only use the properties of Iridium to last some 60,000 miles, but they utilize these properties to enable a more powerful spark at LESS voltage, allowing wider spark gaps to be utilized and typically yielding small increases in power.
Iridium: 8 times stronger than platinum, 6 times harder, and with a melting point 1200 degrees higher. New laser welding techniques make it possible to make a spark plug with an iridium electrode. The result is a plug that requires less voltage to spark, burns more of the fuel in the cylinder, and can spark at LEANER air/fuel mixtures, resulting in higher horsepower and better gas mileage.

Although the plugs are expensive, you don't have to change them as often as garden variety spark plugs. The iridium electrode is extremely resistant to erosion, so it can last MUCH longer than a normal plug. (Longevity will vary by usage, fuel mixture, and other factors.)

Motec plug & play version for 1993-98 Supra Turbo

This is a total plug and play engine management unit. We offer a custom wiring harness as well as a base map for your specific vehicle. Motec PnP is available in many options.

 

The S1 box will enable tuning functions and logging for an initial 6hrs of use to allow tuning of the vehicle. If you’re doing one-time tuning (set it and leave it) this is the box for you. Upgrading to the S2 box will still be possible with a simple code being given over the phone to enable additional options in the future. No sending the box back, just call and type in the password.

The S2 box will have everything you need to run your vehicle and have logging enabled as well as antilag and the Motec advance functions such as overrun boost (boost control).

The S3 box will give you the additional capability of running 12 injectors, more logging with 1MB and additional inputs/outputs. The S3 box can be used in any application if you ever choose to change vehicles or use one box for multiple purposes.

Additional parts needed: Map Sensor, Intake Air-Temp Sensor, Motec Solenoid (if you want Motec to control boost), and Wideband.

All the boxes allow nitrous control, traction control and much more. We recommend the use of an FJO wideband, however if you wish to use the Motec wideband, we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
