How do I place an order?
Many of our popular "in-stock" items will have a "Buy Now" button that will allow you to purchase the item immediately with your credit card. The "Buy Now" button opens a secure webpage so that you may complete your transaction online. It is impossible to list evey single part online so please e-mail sales@turboimport.com to place all other orders.


Can I order more than 1 item & combine shipping?
Each item has a specific shipping charge by weight & zip code so we do not offer a shopping cart type of system. So you will need to e-mail sales@turboimport.com to place any multiple item orders. Just e-mail a the list of parts you want and your zip code and we can process your order securely by email.


Can I place my Internet order over the phone?
Yes. We understand that some people are still weary about placing orders online so we do process orders over the telephone. However, we do encourage you to place your order online to receive special discount pricing.

Please note that our online specials are only available with Internet mail orders.
TELEPHONE ORDERS DO NOT RECEIVE SPECIAL INTERNET DISCOUNT PRICING.
Internet order processing allows to keep costs down and run more efficiently. This is the #1 reason why our sale prices are lower than most of our competition. This allows us to pass on the savings to our customers. Our internet sale prices reflect a 5%-10% discount depending on the item. Please have your parts list & credit card information ready when you call.

Please do not call us for general or technical questions. The person usually answering the phone can only process orders or provide order status updates, she will not be able to offer technical advice. Due to the high volume of calls, we ask that you e-mail any technical quetsions to sales@turboimport.com & someone from our qualified staff will be glad to assist you. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.


Can I order parts that aren't listed on the website?
Yes, we can special order any part as long as we carry that paritcular brand. It is impossible to list evey single part online, so please ask sales@turboimport.com if you do not see something listed in our catalog. We offer thousands of parts at great prices from many of the top manufacturers.


How long will it take to get my parts?
We make every effort to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. We will try our best to provide an "estimated" lead time when an order is placed. Most items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.

However, items do get sold out from time to time, so...
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY. CONTACT US FIRST TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE IT IN STOCK.

Rush shipping is available at additional cost.

Delivery of "in-stock items" within California and surrounding states will usually take less than 4 business days via UPS ground. Please allow 5-8 business days for shipments of in-stock goods from California to points on the east coast. If you need to faster shipping arrangements, please make sure to e-mail sales@turboimport.com before placing your order. UPS Next Day Air is available at additional cost.

Although we keep many popular items in stock, certain items not in stock will need to be special ordered and may take 5-10 business days before we receive your products. As soon as the item comes in, it will be shipped immediately. So please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery of parts that are not in stock. If an item is backordered, we will let you know right away. Our sales staff will send e-mail(s) with tracking numbers for 90% of all orders within 24-48 hours of the order leaving our store.


How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept secured credit card payments online through Paypal. This allows us to accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All online credit card transactions are processed through Paypal's secure site to ensure our customers have a safe transaction. Paypal is the most widely accepted and trusted method of processing online transactions and is backed by eBay. Your web browser will show the 'security lock' symbol to verify that it is secure. Paypal makes every effort to protect both the seller and buyer in online transactions. Therefore, we use them exclusively because of this reason.



Paypal also goes the extra mile to show you that we are a reputable company. We are a verified business member with THOUSANDS of successful transactions.



We also accept cashiers checks and money orders by regular mail. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified & cleared our bank which may take several days. We do not ship COD and we do not accept personal checks. All payments sent by regular mail must be approved and invoiced ahead of time. DO NOT just mail in payment and expect us to know what it is for.


International Orders - Can I order if I live outside of the United States?

We accept orders from Canada (certain restrictions apply). All other International orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Due to the recent rise in Internet fraud, we are VERY STRICT on this policy. Please note additional shipping fees will apply for shipments International orders. We require your telephone # for customs paperwork and we verify all shipping information before an order is shipped. All cases of fraud are thoroughly investigated and reported to the FBI.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Due to the high shipping costs involved, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Also, you are responsible for all shipping fees in case an item needs to be sent in for warranty.

Please note: A part that fits a US spec vehicle may not fit your application. It could be the same car & year, but the auto manufacturers make cars a little different for each country. So you must make 100% sure that this is a part that fits your car before you order. We can offer insight in most cases so please ask if you are unsure.



Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will only apply to residents of California, but not to any other US state. The applicable sales tax for California Residents will be charged and is added only to products, not to shipping expenses.


How is my order shipped?
All Internet/Mail orders shipped inside the continental United States of America (the 48 states) will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via UPS 2nd day Air and will be subject to additional shipping fees.

UPS will only deliver packages to a physical address and will not deliver to any kind of PO BOX, FPO, or APO address. All orders will require an adult signature to be received regardless of its destination or method of payment. Credit card orders will be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit cardholder. All credit card information is fully verified for proper billing and cardholder information prior to shipping for security purposes.


How much will shipping cost?

All orders shipped within the Continental United States of America (48 states) will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via UPS 2nd day Air and will be subject to additional shipping fees. Rates will vary depending on how far away you are from Southern California. Many of our products will include FREE or discount shipping. However, certain over size or heavy items will be charged an additional shipping and handling fee. If any portion of your order is back ordered, the back ordered parts will be shipped as soon as they become available. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the status of your backorder. Rhee Motorsports reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

My package was damaged during shipping, what can I do?
If there is any visible or hidden damage to the package you receive, it should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or to the carrier immediately by calling their customer service number for claims (UPS: 1-800-742-5877). Make sure to get the name of the driver and have him sign off the package as damaged. Please file claim with the carrier the same day you receive the package from the carrier. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier and not Rhee Motorsports. We insure every package so you will be covered. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials that you received with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the package based on you claims. Please keep in mind that Rhee Motorsports can not initiate your damage claim with the carrier. The customer that received the package must make the initial claim. The carrier will want to inspect the package based on your claims. If you need help with the carrier after you have made the initial claim with them please e-mail us for assistance. Rhee Motorsports is not responsible for any package damage claim made by the customer if not filed with the carrier within 24 hours of (or next business day after) delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep all paperwork related with the claim filed by the customer.

I got a ticket for a perfomance part on my car. What can I do?
Every state/local law and regulation regarding aftermarket parts will vary, so it is YOUR responsibility to check the legality of a performance part in your particular area. Please check all local and federal laws before ordering. Be safe and drive responsibly on public roads.


Do you provide installation services?
Currently, our temporary warehouse location does not have a suitable garage for part installations. We are only accepting vehicles on a case by case basis. We specialize in the Supra, MR2, RX7, 300ZX, and many others. Our new retail location will be better suited for walk in customer installations. In the meanwhile, we strongly recommend that you seek a trained professional to install all parts. Improper installation of any part will void the warranty (if any) and may cause injury or death. Rhee Motorsports will not be held liable for any damages due to improper installation.


What does Rhee Motorsports do to protect my information?
We have taken every precaution to protect all of your personal information. We do NOT sell your e-mail address or any other information about you to any third party company. Rhee Motorsports values its customers and takes all the possible steps to protect their privacy.


Wholesale Inquiries?
Wholesale accounts are issued on a case by case basis. You must be an actual business to setup a wholesale account. First initial purchase must be over $2000 to qualify for dealer pricing. Higher distributor discounts available for larger quantity purchases. Please note that many of our online prices are already @ wholesale prices so discounts will be quoted on an individual basis.
