Please read, by ordering from TurboImport.com, you are agreeing to these
terms!
Pricing: We work very hard to maintain low prices. However, we have
no control over changing monetary rates, material costs or shipping
costs. All prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort
has been made to avoid typographical errors throughout our website pricing
lists. Our website is maintained by a third party that is not associated
with OG motorsports. Therefore, pricing errors made by the webmaster
will not be honored.
Taxes: Prices do not include any sales, local or other similar taxes.
Taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Only California residents
and orders delivered in California will be charged Sales Tax.
Typographical Errors: While we make every effort to ensure the products
information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there
may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In
the event item data is incorrect, such as an item listed with an incorrect
price, availability, or with incorrect information, OG motorsports
shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for that item. OG motorsports shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Payment Policies: Currently, we accept secured credit card payments
by telephone and online through our secured merchant service provider.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. We
do not accept checks or money orders. We do not ship COD and we do not
accept personal checks. All sales are final! Payment terms are subject
to change without notice at our sole discretion. All legal expenses
towards collecting bad debts are the buyer's responsibility. We will
pursue its collection to the fullest extent of the law.
Back Orders: Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order
and shipped immediately when available. We will try our best to avoid
back orders and will notify the Buyer of any significant delay.
Returns: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained
by the Buyer from OG motorsports in advance and must be made within
(5) days of receiving the product. A corresponding RMA # will be issued
upon approval. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
The RMA number must be written either on the box or on any correspondence
included with the returned item. All products which are approved for
return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must
be in the original manufacturers packaging in the same condtion as it
was originally delivered by OG motorsports to the Buyer. All returned
products to OG motorsports are subject to 25% restocking fee. Shipping
fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Buyer must pay for
all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to OG motorsports.
Make sure to insure the product when you ship it back to us because
if the Courier (UPS, FED EX, USPS, etc.) has damaged it or if they lose
it then you will receive no credit from OG motorsports and you must
take up the damage claim with the Courier. Remember that if you do not
insure it they will not pay you! Only the original Buyer may request
for a return of products. All warranty cards and other such items must
be included with the product being returned. Defective items may be
exchanged for the same item ONLY after warranty has been cleared from
original manufacturer will the Buyer receive the product back. After
receipt of goods, OG motorsports shall inspect the goods to determine
the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If OG motorsports does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable
for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. A 25% restocking fee
will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Credit Policies: Credit will be issued within two weeks of receiving
a returned part back at OG motorsports. There are no returns or
credits on items used by the customer or items that are physically damaged.
If you receive an item that is physically damaged when you receive it
then you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Do not send a physically
damaged item back to OG motorsports unless we instruct you to do
so! Please contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage
claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Performance Products: Most of the items sold by OG motorsports
are for racing and off-road use only and should never be used on public
streets or highways. Please check your local, state, & federal laws
regarding such use. OG motorsports is not held responsible for
any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.
Performance will vary depending on the application and condition of
the vehicle. Because of the purpose and intended use of these parts
all items, the Purchaser acknowledges that no representations have been
made regarding these components including but not limited to any representations
as to their quality or performance and that he or she shall be responsible
for and bear all costs of repair or replacement of any defect in or
failure of these components. Purchaser acknowledges that installation
of these performance parts may void any manufacturers warranties. Purchaser
accepts all responsibility for modification to said vehicle and all
potential risks.
Warranty /Liability: OG motorsports sole warranty for any and all
products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated
with the product. There is no additional warranty-written, expressed,
or implied. Most products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies
on a per-product basis. Please make sure to ask us if you have any questions
about a warranty before you make a purchase, we will not be accountable
after you have received a product. OG motorsports is not responsible
for any damage any product we sell may cause to you, anyone with relation
to you, your vehicle, other vehicles or persons, or anything else. User
assumes all liabilities, risks, and responsibilities in using racing
products. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. OG motorsports will be held harmless for any damages any products shipped
from its locations may cause. OG motorsports will not be responsible
in which any part that it provided causes any damage whatsoever to any
part, automobile, person, or other entity. You agree, by using our website,
that our liability is limited to the replacement value of the purchased
part and you hold harmless OG motorsports, it's officers, employees
and agents in all circumstances. We reserve the right to notify you
of other stipulations at a later time. Other conditions may apply as
necessary.
Special Orders: Any item that is special ordered may require a deposit
or full payment in advance at the time the order is placed. The deposit
or full payment is not refundable under any condition or circumstance.
If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit
is forfeited immediately to OG motorsports. OG motorsports
shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates
given are approximate. Special orders usually take weeks or months to
arrive. We will try our best to quote an estimated amount of time. However,
due to the nature of this business, some orders take longer than we
may expect. OG motorsports will not be held responsible for delays
from manufacturers, shipping companies, or product being held at Customs.
Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or
other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated
time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from
time of OG motorsports receiving parts in stock; and Buyer has
not paid the rest of his or her balance or made any attempt whatsoever
to claim their order, then the order shall be considered canceled and
all monies previously deposited shall be forfeited to OG motorsports.
Shipping and Handling: Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple
different criteria's’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination,
price and shipping method. Due to the wide variery of products we offer,
the automatic checkout system may not calculate your shipping fees correctly.
So to calculate your shipping fees, please e-mail us for an accurate
quote. OG motorsports will always make every attempt possible to
deliver product (s) ordered on time. OG motorsports is not responsible
for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. OG motorsports bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather
storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications caused on behalf
of our affiliated shipping carriers. Shipping and handling charges may
be higher on very heavy items and significantly higher on deliveries
to Alaska or Hawaii. It is advisable to inquire about these rates in
advance.
Refused Shipments: Refused shipments are automatically subject to a
25% restocking fee plus any addiional shipping charges. Orders that
are undeliverable and re-shipped to the customer are subject to additional
shipping charges and/or a restocking fee of 25%.
Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form
of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OG motorsports reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products.
We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but
not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your
order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The
charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject
to change without notice. OG motorsports reserves the right at
any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason.
By ordering from OG motorsports over the phone, e-mail, fax, or
by our online catalog, you are agreeing to and accepting all of these
terms.
The Website and the information contained herein are the property of
OG motorsports and are protected by applicable copyright, patent,
trademark or other intellectual property law. Except as expressly authorized
herein, you may not reproduce, transmit, sell, display, distribute,
publish, broadcast, circulate, modify, disseminate, or commercially
exploit such information or the Website in any manner without the written
consent of OG motorsports. All rights not expressly granted herein
are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this
site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and
could result in criminal or civil penalties.
